The mission of the Urology Department is the following:

1.      To conduct educational programs of the highest quality, resulting in well
trained urologists both academically and clinically.

2.      To satisfy regional, national, and international needs in urology.

3.      To provide and maintain facilities in which premier, quality, and
individualized patient care can be delivered.

4.      To provide an atmosphere and resources conducive to Basic Science and
Clinical urologic research.

5.      To provide continuing education programs for urologists regionally, nationally,
and internationally.
