Pediatric Interest Group
The pediatric interest group sponsors events that foster an interest in pediatrics as a specialty. We also work to inform all students about important issues related to child health, regardless of their future specialty. We hold lunch time talks on residency, subspecialities, child abuse, parenting, and other child health issues. We hope to get some sub-specialty shadowing programs running and get more involved with the local chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
