ID Cards - Adding Funds
There are three ways to add funds to your ID card:

  1. Feed cash into the black boxes mounted in the computer labs and library. Note: The $10 copy credit we are given at the beginning of each semester is separate and cannot be used for purchases.
  2. Mail or bring a check to Card Services in Bruff Commons, Suite 102, for the amount you would like placed on the card. The physical address is:

    Tulane Card Office
    Bruff Commons, Suite 102
    31 McAlister Drive
    New Orleans, Louisiana 70118-5672

  3. Elecronically transfer funds to your card from your checking account using the Accounts Receivable webpage. This is a multi-step process that will require your Tulane PIN number and your bank routing and account numbers (these are both on your checks).
    1. Click on "Make Payments to Tulane".
    2. Next click on "Electronic Payment  (No Cost to Payee)".
    3. The first time you do this, you will need to create an account. For this you will need your Tulane PIN number. For MD/MPH students, this is the number you use to register for courses. If you don't have this number, or have forgotten it, you can stop by the Student Affairs office to get it.
    4. Once the account is created, log in and click on "Manage My Accounts" and then "Click here to add an account".
    5. Add your bank account by entering the name of the bank, location, and your routing and account numbers.
    6. Next, click "Make a Payment" and then click on the account you just added.
    7. Finally, enter the amount you'd like transferred to your card in the "Towards Tulane Card" field.
