MD/MPH Student Group
The MD/MPH Student Group is composed of second-year students who serve as a
liaison between the students and faculty in the program. Taking graduate public
health classes on top of medical school coursework is exciting, rewarding, and
challenging. We are here to assist our fellow students, particularly the first
years, in any way we can--from helping you plan your schedule, to hosting
mixers with other students and faculty, to just being available to discuss
whatever concerns you may have. This year, we plan on bringing you some
exciting speakers on Public Health and medicine - from career opportunities to
important issues relevant to all medical students. First-years, keep an eye
out for a meeting to help you decide if this joint degree program is for you,
and to plan your spring semester schedule.
