Therapeutic apheresis procedures:

  1. Plasma Exchange
  2. Photopheresis
  3. White Cell Depletion
  4. Red Cell Exchange
  5. Platelet Depletion
  6. Therapeutic Phlebotomy
  7. Stem Cell Harvest

Special instructions:

  1. Apheresis services by physician's order only.
  2. Orders may be delivered to Room 2455, 2nd Floor Reily Pavillon or Faxed Attention: Pheresis 988-7558 (9). Contact Medical Director by beeper.
  3. Weekends, holidays: Page Pheresis Nurse on Call.
  4. Weekdays After Normal Working Hours: Page Pathologist on Call through the hospital operator.
  5. Please direct all questions regarding plateletpheresis products to the Blood Center, Extension: 1695.
