Hematology, Molecular Diagnostics, and Flow Cytometry (Lymphomas/Leukemias), Coagulation Dr. Krause received his training at The University of Pittsburgh and is board certified in Anatomical and Clinical Pathology. In addition, he is board certified in Hematopathology which is his special area of interest and expertise. Dr. Krause has many years of experience in the interpretation and diagnosis of leukemias and lymphomas and is the author of a monograph in this area. He is knowledgeable in flow cytometry for immunophenotypic analysis of leukemias and lymphomas as well as ploidy and cell cycle analysis in the evaluation of solid tumors. Dr. Krause oversees the operations of the Molecular Diagnostics laboratory as well as all new testing being developed and implemented. He also serves as the Director of Laboratories for the Tulane Hospital and Clinic.
