The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology participates in the National Residency Matching Program (NRMP) in selecting residents. Application must be submitted through ERAS.

A complete application consists of:

• ERAS Application
• Personal Statement
• Transcript
• Dean’s Letter
• USMLE Scores (Step 1 must be taken before applying; Step 2 must be taken before starting the program)
• 3 Letters of Recommendation
• A Letter from the Chairman of the Department of OB/GYN of your medical school

Criteria for foreign medical graduates:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident; or
• Must have a Green Card; or
• Must have a J1 Visa
