Gabriella
Pridjian, M.D.
(Assistant Professor)
Dr. Pridjian is a graduate of The Medical College of Wisconsin in
Milwaukee. She did her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and
was administrative chief resident at the University of Chicago,
Chicago Lying-in Hospital, where she completed a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal
Medicine. Dr. Pridjian is a diplomate of the National Board of Obstetrics
and Gynecology, has subspeciality certification in Maternal-Fetal
Medicine and is also board certified in Clinical Genetics. She is
a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, the American College of Obstetrics
and Gynecology, the Society of Perinatal Obstetricians, the American
Society of Human Genetics, and the American College of Human Genetics.
Dr. Pridjian's current clinical interests include prenatal diagnosis
and management of fetal abnormalities and high risk pregnancies,
using ultrasonography, traditional and early amniocentesis, and
chorionic villus sampling. Dr. Pridjian's current research interest
are in the areas of perinatal genetic diagnosis, in particular using
in situ hybridization for aneuploidy, and limb-reduction anomalies.
