Teaching Medical Gross Anatomy
Student will serve as a teaching assistant in gross anatomy. Each student will assist a faculty member in the laboratory.

Enrollment: Elective is open to T1s only. Offered Sessions 1 and 2.
Time of course: Schedule will follow fall gross anatomy schedule for T1s.
Prerequisite: Completion of Tulane's Gross Anatomy course.

Student will serve as teaching assistant in medical histology. Each student will assist a faculty
member in the histology teaching laboratory.

Prerequisites: Completion of Tulane's medical histology course with a High Pass.
Advanced Gross Anatomy
Not Offered for 2008-2009
Individual projects of dissection by advanced medical and graduate students.
Enrollment may be limited by the availability of cadavers. No final examination.

Prerequisite: Freshman Gross Anatomy and permission of instructor.
Anatomy Research
Students participate with a member of the faculty in an ongoing research
program as a means of learning research principles and techniques. In addition,
reading assignments from original literature will be made and if results warrant,
a publication should develop from the work. No final exam.
