The Community Medicine Interest Group (CMIG) was founded in 1997. CMIG seeks to educate Tulane Medical Students about careers, opportunities, and issues in community medicine, particularly in underserved communities.

We would like to thank everyone for such a wonderful year. Thanks especially to former president, Ine Leus for an outstanding job!

Thank you to everyone who participated in the AIDS Walk on September 15th - Because of your generosity we were able to make a $630 donation to the NO AIDS Taskforce and had a group of 50+ dedicated walkers/runners there to show Tulane's support. Click here to see photos of the event.
