A 45 year old female complains of chronic headache. In the last 6 years she has taken medicine to treat a "migraine", but in the last month the pain has become worse and the medication is not working . She has no other symptoms. A skull series revealed a hyperostotic reactive change located on the superior aspect of the right parietal bone. With this history, the physician decides to order a head CT.
