Acoustic Schwannoma (Acoustic neuroma)

Axial and coronal T1 weighted MRI's demonstrate a slightly expansile enhancing mass within the right internal auditory canal consistent with an acoustic schwannoma (arrow). Note the normal MRI appearance of the contralateral left internal auditory canal.
