Coronal T1 weighted MRI with contrast and coronal T2 weighted MRI reveals a suprasellar cystic lesion with peripheral enhancement.

A CT scan obtained without contrast reveals calcification located within the mass. The MRI and CT findings are consistent with a craniopharyngioma.
