This is view of the brain from above and also a fragment of tissue removed from the face of the patient representing skin and angiofibromas. The skin shows multiple nodular structures. Brain shows irregular gyral pattern with some very firm and thick gyri, tubers. Diagnosis: #1 skin with angiofibromas (Adenoma sebaceum) . #2 Convexity of the brain with tubers.
