A 45-year old obese, multiparous woman presented to the ER complaining of RUQ pain of 12 hours duration. The liver edge is moderately tender. The labs showed:

Total bilirubin1.8mg/dl(0.2-1.0)
AST1100 IU/ml(<40)
ALT1200 IU/ml(<40)
ALP185 IU/ml(<85)

Albumin and prothrombin time are normal. What is the most likely diagnosis?
