D. squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus.
A 65-year-old hypertensive male presented complaining of right costovertebral angle pain and gross hematuria. On physical examination a mass was palpated in the right flank. During the work-up for these problems, a solitary lesion was found in his right lung. Subsequently he had a trivial accident and fractured his right femur.
