C. Metastasis; The only feature absolutely diagnostic of malignancy is metastasis. Histologic features such as anaplasia, high mitotic rate, lack of encapsulation and presence of hemorrhage and necrosis although typically seen in malignant tumors can occasionally found in benign tumors as well.
