Welcome to the Kidney- Urinary Pathology/Pathophysiology Block
This electronic learning module was designed to increase the understanding of diseases of the kidney and urinary tract. It integrates clinical and basic sciences, gross and microscopic imaging, and case studies with questions. Although designed primarily for medical students, it should also be useful for residents and fellows.
Objectives
After studying the material presented, the learner will be able to:
- Diagnose the most important and the most frequent diseases of the kidney and of the urinary tract.
- Discuss clinical data and basic science relevant to each disease.
- Answer clinically-based board-type questions.
