urinary tract obstruction

Here is another example of urinary tract obstruction. This time in the urethra. On the left is the hypertrophied urinary bladder, hypertrophied because of chronic obstruction. On the right is the urethra running through the penis. At the point indicated by the arrow, is an obstruction of the urethra at the base of the penis.
