metastatic leiomyosarcoma from the uterus
Most cancer of the lung is metastatic from other sources. This is
the typical appearance of metastatic cancer. There are multiple
discrete nodules about 1 cm or so in diameter scattered throughout
both lungs. Remember that sarcoma typically goes straight to the
lungs in the absence of lymphatic spread. This is metastatic
leiomyosarcoma from the uterus.
