This is an advanced epidermoid carcinoma of the larynx.
The larynx is opened from the rear and at the top is the epiglottis and near
the middle on the left you can see the cords - false above and true below.
On the right is a fungating tumor growing upward towards the glottis.
Tumors in this location have a very poor prognosis.
