SextrC16P1-1: Defects are present along the tips of dermal papillae. A fibrinous exudate and inflammatory debris obscure the
contours of the respective dermal papillae. There are loose perivascular and interstitial infiltrates of neutrophils in the underlying dermis (dermatitis herpetiformis).
