SextrC15P1-1: In this lesion of psoriasis, a characteristic vascular response is represented; vessels are tortuous and ectatic. In a papilla to the right, there is a deposit of fibrin at the dermal-epidermal interface. Dermal papilla are club-shaped and edematous. Perivascular inflammatory infiltrates are mild.
