If you have accessed one of these pages at tier 3, you can move along the tier from PICTORIAL 2 to 3 and back to 2, but the other pictorials are inaccessible, if using only the BACK or NEXT buttons at the end of  each page. If at Pictorial 2 or 3, a click on the UP button take the reader to the respective parent page (TEXT 2-X). If at tier 2, a click on the UP button takes the reader HOME. This is the fourth chapter of tier 3; it is the second chapter devoted to pictorials; it is CHAPTER 12 in sequence beginning at HOME, then continuing along tier 2 and then along tier 3 from left to right.. In this sequence of numbering, this chapter is identified as “SextrC12 and the respective pictorial as P2-1.” In the alternate system, this chapter might be characterized as SextrC9 and the respective illustration as P2-1.

SextrC12P1-1: New fibrous tissue has formed in the upper portion of the reticular dermis. The fibrous tissue is delicate and myxoid (pretibial myxedema).
