This is the second chapter devoted to visual aids; it is the second chapter of tier 3 but the sixth chapter from HOME in this sequence of numbering. In the alternate sequence in which numbering proceeds in sequence along tier 2 before any items of tier 3 are considered, this is chapter 10. For most sections, the latter sequence has been utilized; numbering will first move along tier 2 to the end before any of the chapters at tier 3 are given recognition.
