This site (inclusive of 17 sections) is devoted mostly to iconography; the presentation relies on a pictorial display of morphology
and on a description of that morphology. A few references are included; they are a mixed bag, including basic contributions and a few references having general clinical relevance. I will not apologize for the
references; a referenced text was not what I set out to provide.
This is the seventh, and last, chapter of tier 2; it is not a parent chapter. By an alternate convention, it is Chapter 17. By still another
approach, this is chapter 8.
