S15aC3aP1-1: The epidermis is hyperplastic with irregular elongation of rete ridges. The papillary dermis is slightly widened.
Vessels are increased in number in the upper portion of the reticular dermis. Some of the vessels near the interface between the papillary dermis and the reticular dermis are dilated. There are spotty, minimal
perivascular infiltrates of lymphoid cells. The elongated vessel, to the left of the center of the field and near the interface between the papillary dermis and the reticular dermis, shows a focal area in which the
endothelial cells bulge into the lumen. The patterns are basically those of an angiectasia. There are pigment deposits in the dermis near the deep margin of the field.
