S15C6P5-1: Lesions of lymphomatoid granulomatosis are angiocentric, as in this field. The infiltrates are dense; they contain a high component of histiocytes. There is variation in nuclear size.

S15C6P5-2: In the subcutaneous tissue, the infiltrates tend to have a tumoral quality. In this field, the dense infiltrates have entrapped lipocytes.

S15C6P5-3: The infiltrates are dense, somewhat pleomorphic, and contain a high component of histiocytes.

S15C6P5-4: The infiltrates are rich in histiocytes. Atypia is not a prominent feature in this field.

S15C6P5-5: Small atypical lymphocytes are loosely sprinkled among the histiocytes.
