S15C6P3 Immunoblastic Lymphoma
BuiltWithNOF

S15C6P3-1 (continuation of S15C5): Focally in the infiltates, large cells are closely spaced. They have large, round nuclei with marginated chromatin  and a central nucleolus. The cells have lavender cytoplasm; they have immunoblastic qualities. Small lymphocytes  and histiocytes are admixed among the large cells. The lesion is a large B cell lymphoma.

S15C6P3-2: In this field, the infiltrates are pleomorphic. Histiocytes with abundant, pale cytoplasm are a prominent feature among the large, atypical cells.

S15C6P3-3: The infiltrates are pleomorphic. The large, atypical cells focally are clustered along a small vessel.

S15C6P3-4: Migratory histiocytes are a feature in this field. The large cells have immunoblastic qualities. In this field, the patterns have a panniculitis-like quality
