S12C14P4-1: A gravid female (filariasis) is present in a defect containing necrotic debris and degenerating inflammatory cells.

S12C14P4-2: The organism is surrounded by necrotic debris. Peripheral to this zone, the reaction consists of palisaded histiocytes in granulomatous patterns (filariasis).
