Adult T-cell Leukemia-Lymphoma, Peripheral Blood

The abnormal lymphocytes have deeply lobulated nuclei, which sometimes is referred to as a flower or cluster leaf nucleus. Immunophenotypically, these are CD4+ lymphocytes.
