Donations & Memorials
If you would like to become an active partner in cancer research by donating to the Tulane Cancer Center research fund, please contact:

A memorial fund can be arranged to honor a deceased loved one. Memorial fund donations are acknowledged with a card sent to the family of the individual being honored. If you are interested in making a memorial donation or setting up a memorial donation fund, contact Keadren Green at the address above.

Patient Relief Fund
Please consider a donation to the Tulane Cancer Center Patient Relief Fund as an alternative to gift-giving!
The Tulane Cancer Center's Patient Relief Fund was established in 1998 to help our patients in need meet unexpected expenses associated with their care. The Fund started as an alternative to small gift giving among faculty and staff involved with the Tulane Cancer Center. Instead of a tangible gift, the recipient receives an acknowledgement card stating that a donation to the Fund was made in their honor by the donor to spread solace to those in need throughout the year. The Patient Releif Fund is often the only source available to our patient navigator to solve an urgent problem for our patients. Over the years, this fund has granted approximately $40,000 in assistance to patients, providing help with everything from transportation, meals, and short-term housing to rental assistance for those facing eviction.

How to Donate: We invite you to consider making a contribution to the Patient Relief Fund of the Tulane Cancer Center as an alternative to gift exchange among colleagues at Holiday time. The Tulane Cancer Center will gratefully acknowledge donations of $5.00 or more in honor of friends, family, and co-workers this Holiday Season. For your convenience, a donation form is available online (click here) in printable PDF format, which can be opened with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader program. This meaningful gift will bring comfort to cancer patients who depend on this Fund to assist with emergency expenses for which there is no other source. Happy Holidays from all of us at the Tulane Cancer Center!

At times, there is legislation pending in either the Louisiana State Legislature or Congress which can positively or negatively affect the direction of cancer research. When issues important to health care are being debated by our elected officials, we call upon our supporters to take a pro-active role by contacting their legislators on our behalf. Information on pending legislation important to the Tulane Cancer Center will be posted on our website as it becomes available.
